“Michael and his Team did an awesome job walking us through a challenging home purchase from a Family Trust. It was the second time in 10 years he helped us close a deal. Every time we thought the deal might not get done on time, his Team met every challenge and we closed sooner than we expected. All documents were reviewed online, and the closing was a video conference call with a notary. Nice high tech approach to closing a friendly deal with the Trustee and family members. Two thumbs up from me and my wife!”

He did fantastic work on a couple refinances for me and my wife that were start to finish about 12 days each. Probably would have been faster if the appraisers schedule was better. Cannot say enough good things about him and his ability to find the right loan product that works for you. Highly recommend and will use again.”
